Developing ZipZap’s Website in Webflow With Car Listing and Multi-Step Quote Form

Project Overview
ZipZap provides car rental services with a fleet of vehicles available for short-term and long-term rentals. Their website plays a critical role in helping customers explore available cars and request quotes quickly.
The design for the website was already prepared by the client’s team. Our role was to translate the design into a fully functional Webflow website while ensuring the platform could support dynamic vehicle listings and customer inquiries.
A key requirement of the project was building a scalable system for managing vehicle data and enabling users to request quotes through a structured multi-step form.
1. Develop the Website on Webflow
The primary goal was to implement the client’s design in Webflow while maintaining accuracy and performance.
This included:
- Converting the provided design into a responsive Webflow website
- Ensuring consistency across all pages and components
- Delivering a smooth experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
2. Build a CMS for Vehicle Data Management
Managing vehicle information was a key part of the website.
To support this, we created a Webflow CMS structure that allows the team to easily manage their car listings.
The CMS enables the team to:
- Add and update vehicles easily
- Manage vehicle specifications and details
- Maintain consistency across vehicle pages
3. Implement a Multi-Step Quote Request Form
The website required a structured quote request system that collects customer information and rental requirements.
We developed a multi-step “Get a Quote” form that helps guide users through the process while keeping the form experience simple and organized.

Translating the Design Into Webflow
Since the design was already finalized by the client, our focus was on implementing the design accurately within Webflow.
This involved:
- Building reusable components
- Maintaining clean layout structures
- Ensuring responsive behavior across devices
The goal was to faithfully translate the design into a production-ready website.
Building a CMS for Dynamic Car Listings
Vehicle information is a core part of the website, so we built a structured CMS system to manage this data efficiently.
This allows the team to update their vehicle listings without modifying the design or rebuilding pages.
Using Webflow CMS ensures that the website remains scalable as the vehicle inventory grows.
Integrating the Quote Form With CRM Using Webhooks
The quote request form needed to send user data into the client’s CRM system.
To achieve this, the form data is sent from Webflow to the client’s automation workflow using a webhook.
The automation workflow is managed through n8n by the client’s team.
Our role focused on ensuring the Webflow form sends the correct structured data to the webhook endpoint so it can be processed correctly within their system.
Key Deliverables
Webflow website development based on provided designs
Responsive implementation across devices
Webflow CMS for vehicle listings and data management
Multi-step “Get a Quote” form

Outcome
The final website provides:
- A fully functional Webflow website based on the client’s design
- A structured CMS system for managing vehicle listings
- A streamlined quote request process for customers
- Seamless data transfer from Webflow forms to the client’s automation workflow
This setup allows the ZipZap team to manage their website content easily while ensuring customer inquiries flow smoothly into their CRM system.
Final Result
ZipZap now has a scalable Webflow website that supports dynamic vehicle listings and an integrated quote request system, enabling their team to manage data efficiently and handle customer inquiries through their CRM workflow.
