Project Overview

Violet Growth is the marketing analytics platform Exactius built for CMOs running serious budgets — companies spending $10M+ a year on growth. The platform unifies marketing, sales, and finance data into a single source of truth, and runs attribution, marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and predictive LTV on top of it.

The engagement started small. Violet needed landing pages on Webflow — fast — to test messaging against different audience segments. We shipped the first set within a week. That sprint became the foundation for the full website rebuild, batched out over the following months.

The Problem

Violet sells to a buyer who notices everything. CMOs at companies with $10M+ in marketing spend don't book demos with platforms whose websites look like templates. Three things had to be true, or the site would lose deals before sales ever got a chance:

The site had to explain a deeply technical product — attribution, MMM, incrementality — without burying enterprise buyers in jargon.
It had to speak to multiple audiences: by industry (Fintech, Healthcare, iGaming, Nonprofit) and by business model (DemandGen, Subscription, Transaction).
The marketing team needed to ship pages and variants on their own, without filing tickets every time a new campaign landed.

What We Built

A landing page sprint that shipped in a week

Brief on Monday, first landing pages live by the following Monday. Tweaks turned around same-day. No discovery theatre, no protracted scoping.

A reusable component library, not one-off pages

Instead of building landing pages as throwaway assets, we built them as a system. Modular blocks, consistent layouts, a kit the Violet team could mix into new variants without coming back to us for every page.

The full Violet Growth website, rebuilt in batches

Once the landing pages were working, the full site got rebuilt on the same foundation:

  • A video-led homepage anchored on a sharp positioning line ("Turn Marketing Investment Into Measurable P&L Impact")
  • Eight individual solution pages — Attribution, MMM, Predictive LTV, Incrementality Testing, Hourly Report, Single Source of Truth, Custom AI, Fully Loaded CAC
  • Ten use case pages segmented by industry and business model
  • Platform and feature pages explaining the composable architecture
  • A CMS-driven content engine for case studies, blogs, white papers, and playbooks

Customer proof placed where it actually moves the buyer

Omaze, ERC, Omaha Steaks, Circa Jewels, Kudoboard — surfaced on the homepage, then again inside each solution and use case page. The buyer never has to hunt for proof.

A site the marketing team owns end-to-end

CMS-driven structure means the Violet team adds case studies, blog posts, and campaign pages without engineering involvement. The site became infrastructure, not a marketing project.

Outcome

Violet Growth now runs a website that holds up next to enterprise SaaS sites the buyer compares against. The marketing team ships independently. The case study and resource engine compounds month over month. And the relationship that started as a one-week landing page sprint became the design partnership behind their entire web presence.
