VJM Global is a cross-border tax and accounting firm. They were on WordPress and had outgrown it - the business needed far more pages than the platform could publish without manual work on every one.
We migrated them to Webflow and rebuilt the underlying structure so their team could scale content on their own, without losing the search rankings they'd built over years.
The Problem
Three things had to be true at once:

The site had to scale to thousands of pages - every service, in every market - without a developer building each one.

What We Built
A CMS built for scale
We modelled the site around Webflow CMS collections. Instead of building pages one by one, the team populates a collection and pages generate from a single template - one design, hundreds of pages, consistent every time.
A migration that kept the search equity
We mapped the full WordPress URL structure and built 301 redirects for every page, so years of rankings and backlinks carried across instead of resetting to zero.
A component system the team can extend
Reusable sections on Client-First conventions. Marketing assembles new pages from existing blocks - no developer required.
Technical SEO in the foundation
Clean markup, fast load, proper heading hierarchy, and schema - built into the templates so every generated page inherits it.
