Consolto is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to communicate with website visitors through video calls, live chat, appointment scheduling, and messaging - all directly from their website.

The team needed a website that presented the product clearly, felt modern and trustworthy, and was optimized to convert visitors into trial signups. Our role was to design a conversion-focused interface, create custom product graphics that explain the platform visually, and build a scalable Webflow website their marketing team could manage independently.

The Problem

Consolto's product is genuinely good — video calls, live chat, scheduling, messaging, all from a website widget. The site selling it didn't reflect that. Three issues we kept seeing:

Visitors couldn't tell what Consolto actually does in the first 5 seconds.
The feature list read like a spec sheet, not a value prop.
The marketing team needed developer help for every small change.
