How We Designed and Built Nirvana Consulting's Website to Explain Agentic AI Through Custom Graphics — Not Buzzwords

An Agentic AI consultancy selling abstract, invisible services needed a website where the visuals did the explaining. We designed custom graphics for every service topic and built the site on Webflow.

Project Overview

Nirvana Consulting Company helps businesses implement Agentic AI autonomous AI agents that handle work like RFP research and response, prospect enrichment, contract review, and customer service intake. Their offering sits at the intersection of strategy, automation, and AI, with services spanning Agentic AI consulting, business process transformation, data strategy, and testing automation.

We designed and built the website end-to-end on Webflow. The site itself is structurally simple a clean services-led architecture. The real craft sat in the custom graphics. For an offering this abstract, generic stock illustration would have flattened the value. Visitors needed to *see* what each service actually does to understand why it matters.

The Problem

Nirvana sells the hardest kind of service to communicate: invisible work. When the product is an AI agent doing research, generating proposals, analyzing contracts, or routing customer requests, there's nothing to film, photograph, or show in a screenshot the way a SaaS product does. The buyer can't *see* the work happening. Three things had to be true on the site, or the message wouldn't land:

Visitors needed to grasp the difference between "automation" and "autonomy" — a positioning point that's hard to explain in text alone.
Each individual service (RFP agent, prospect enrichment, contract review, customer service intake, process discovery) needed to feel distinct and concrete, not like four flavors of the same generic AI pitch.
The site had to look like it came from a serious consultancy, not a stock-illustration AI startup. Decision-makers at the buyer level are saturated with generic AI imagery and they tune it out.

What We Built

Custom graphics for every service topic

This was the centerpiece of the build. Instead of falling back on stock illustration or generic AI imagery (gradients, neural network meshes, the same five blue robot shapes everyone uses), we designed unique graphics for each core service:

  • Business Development / Sales & Marketing / Contracts & Pricing / Customer Service — each capability area got its own visual identity
  • Generative AI, Business Transformation, Data Strategy, Testing Automation — each major service got its own anchor illustration
  • Process Discovery, Optimization, Decision-Making, Innovation Acceleration — each sub-capability got iconography that connects back to the larger system

The graphics aren't decoration. They're how visitors quickly understand what each part of the offering actually does — without having to read three paragraphs first.

A clean Figma-to-Webflow build

Full site designed in Figma, built pixel-faithful on Webflow. Homepage, four service pages (Agentic AI, Business Transformation, Testing Strategy, Data Strategy), product demo page (IDP), event pages, about, contact. Consistent layout grammar throughout.

Service pages structured for serious buyers

Each service page is built the same way: short positioning paragraph, the custom graphic, then deeper breakdown of capabilities. Lets a senior decision-maker scan in 30 seconds or read deeply in 5 minutes — both reading patterns get served.

Conversion paths placed where decisions get made

"Schedule Consultation" and "Demo" CTAs surface throughout — anchored to the homepage hero, repeated inside each service page, persistent in the navigation. The site is built to turn a researcher into a conversation, not just a reader.

A foundation Nirvana can extend

CMS-driven structure for events, insights, and future service pages. As Nirvana adds new service offerings or runs new conferences (TSIA Envision, AAI Imagine), the site holds together without rebuilding.

Outcome

Nirvana Consulting now has a website that does what most AI consultancy sites can't — it makes an abstract offering feel tangible. The custom graphics carry the weight of explanation that text alone couldn't. The service architecture is clear. And the brand reads serious, not like every other AI consultancy chasing the same wave.
